CONSTITUTION OF THE STATE OF KANSAS

Article 1.—EXECUTIVE

§ 7. Pardons. The pardoning power shall be vested in the governor, under regulations and restrictions prescribed by law.

State law does not limit the number of clemency applications that can be submitted to Kansas parole board. 2008-2.
