CASE ANNOTATIONS
1. Writ of mandamus must issue in name of the state. The State, ex rel., v. Comm'rs of Jefferson County, 11 Kan. 66, 71.
2. Addition of the county after the state does not invalidate. Truitt v. Baird, 12 Kan. 420, 422.
3. Violation of city ordinances prosecuted in name of the city. City of Emporia v. Volmer, 12 Kan. 622, 628.
4. "Process" as herein prescribed does not apply to disbarment proceedings. In re Wilson, 79 Kan. 450, 452, 100 P. 75.
5. Notice to obtain service by publication is not "process." McKenna v. Cooper, 79 Kan. 847, 101 P. 662.
