CONSTITUTION OF THE STATE OF KANSAS

Article 5.—SUFFRAGE

§ 7. Privileges of elector. Electors, during their attendance at elections, and in going to and returning therefrom, shall be privileged from arrest in all cases except felony or breach of the peace.
