CASE ANNOTATIONS

1. Act held constitutional and valid. State, ex rel., v. Kansas City, 125 Kan. 88, 262 P. 1032.

2. Acts of governing body held in substantial conformity with law, and valid. Taneyhill v. Kansas City, 133 Kan. 725, 728, 3 P.2d 645.

3. Notice of amount to be assessed against each property unnecessary before beginning work. Kansas City v. Sherrer, 135 Kan. 1, 2, 3, 8 P.2d 1074.

4. Held estopped to plead defects in proceedings. Haffey v. Kansas City, 136 Kan. 187, 14 P.2d 729.

5. Finding of officials that petition is sufficient is final if no fraud. Bukaty v. Kansas City, 137 Kan. 520, 521, 21 P.2d 399.

6. Statute construed in denying apportionment of lien on tract later subdivided. Buchan v. Boyns, 141 Kan. 901, 902, 44 P.2d 268.
