20-323. Act supplemental to existing laws. This act shall be construed as supplemental to existing statutes pertaining to the selection or appointment of a judge pro tem of the district court.

1. Act does not violate any provision of Kansas Constitution. State v. Schroeder, 201 Kan. 811, 823, 443 P.2d 284.
