40-5001. Viatical settlements act of 2002; citation. K.S.A. 40-5001 through 40-5016 inclusive, and K.S.A. 40-5007a, 40-5009a and 40-5012a, and amendments thereto, may be cited as the viatical settlements act of 2002.
