1. Irregularities in selection immaterial unless prejudice shown. Burley v. Missouri Pac. Rld. Co, 119 Kan. 95, 237 P. 903.

2. Failure to question women electors and return their names immaterial. State v. Snyder, 126 Kan. 582, 270 P. 590.

3. Irregularity not shown, objection to panel or venire not considered. State v. Ryan, 141 Kan. 549, 551, 42 P.2d 591.

4. Contention of purposeful exclusions from jury panel not sustained. Woods v. Munns, 347 F.2d 948, 949, 950.
