CASE ANNOTATIONS
1. This section grants privilege of exemption, but does not disqualify. The State v. York, 7 Kan. App. 291, 53 P. 838.
2. Exemption of ministers of the gospel, etc., a personal privilege. The State v. Tulip, 9 Kan. App. 454, 457, 60 P. 659.
3. Fact person exempt hereunder does not disqualify him as juror. Moore v. Cass, 10 Kan. 288, 292.
4. Exemption is personal privilege which party may waive. The State v. Stunkle, 41 Kan. 456, 459, 21 P. 675.
