68-10,134. Designation of part of K-67 as the COII Trenton J Brinkman memorial highway. The portion of K-67 from the southern limits of the Norton correctional facility then north to the northern limits of the Norton correctional facility in Norton county is hereby designated as the COII Trenton J Brinkman memorial highway. Upon compliance with K.S.A. 68-10,114, and amendments thereto, the secretary of transportation shall place suitable signs to indicate that the highway is the COII Trenton J Brinkman memorial highway.
