68-10,154. Designation of part of U.S. highway 81 as the Merle Miller memorial highway. The portion of United States highway 81 where it enters the state on the Kansas-Nebraska line, then south on United States highway 81 to the southern border of Republic county is hereby designated as the Merle Miller memorial highway. Upon compliance with K.S.A. 68-10,114, and amendments thereto, the secretary of transportation shall place suitable signs to indicate that the highway is the Merle Miller memorial highway.
