Chapter 62.—PROCEDURE, CRIMINAL

Revisor's Note:

The Kansas criminal code enacted in 1969 and the code of criminal procedure enacted in 1970 repealed all of the sections formerly assigned to this chapter, except articles 30 and 31 which were transferred to the new code of criminal procedure (chapter 22). For corresponding sections of chapter 62 appearing in the new codes, see the table preceding article 21 in chapter 22.
